Now, if you want to free cache, delete cookies, clear Internet history, shred temporary files, delete logs, etc. As Bree said, it probably wont hurt to leave it, but if you want to remove it, make sure you install Revo, run that, and if it doesnt show anything, REINSTALL the crap software so Revo detects it, then have Revo remove it a second time and it should clean up the remaining files, reg entries, etc. And forget about any 'optimization' they promise those type of programs. With that you will have more than enough to keep your PC running well without crap behind.CCleaner is unnecessary and questionable.

My actual recommendation is: Use an application like ' Bulk Crap Uninstaller' or 'Revo Uninstaller Free' in the moment you want to uninstall a program, that will take care of remove any unnecessary traces they might leave behind, including registry entries.
